Product certification in Ukraine in accordance with Section VI of Article 24 of the Law of Ukraine "On Technical Regulations and Conformity Assessment" is carried out exclusively "on a voluntary basis, in any form, including testing, declaration of conformity, certification and inspection, and for compliance with any declared requirements".

Our certification body provides services for the certification of safe storage facilities such as safes, ATM safes, monolithic and modular bank vaults, panels for their assembly and doors to bank vaults for compliance with the requirements of European standards harmonized in Ukraine, namely:

DSTU EN 1143-1:2019 (EN 1143-1:2019, IDT) "Means of safe storage. Requirements, classification and test methods for breaking strength. Part 1. Vaults, vault doors, safes and ATM safes"
DSTU EN 14450:2019 (EN 14450:2017, IDT) "Means of safe storage. Requirements, classification and test methods for breaking strength. Cabinets for safe storage"

Voluntary certification is carried out exclusively at the initiative of the manufacturer, supplier or seller of products in order to obtain independent and competent confirmation that their products meet the specified requirements.

Within the framework of voluntary certification, the applicant himself determines the scope of requirements for his products, compliance with which the certification body must confirm or deny within the limits of its powers.

Most manufacturers themselves are interested in obtaining certificates for their products that confirm their compliance with the requirements of international, European or State harmonized standards and to focus the attention of the consumer of their products on their quality and safety in order to increase competitiveness both on the domestic market and on the foreign market.
